I play a gibson Les Paul. I started playing classical because once you cando that well, anything eles is cake. Greatest player of all time? Augustine Barrios. Rivaled only by Andre Segovia, but Barrios was a composer as well. Currently? John Williams

For classical guitar, also check out Christopher Parkening. He's got some pretty fancy fingerwork if I do say so myself.

i play an epiphone LP, great guitar for the price. right now i am working on avenged sevenfold's "beast and the harlot" the solo is giving me some trouble but i got most of the song down. as far as best guitarist, its too hard to say. i mean eric clapton and santana are both great but they play 2 different style's so to say one is better than that other is tough, that goes for most of the "big" guitarists i think.

as for guitar hero, my cousin said here try this song, i think i hit one or 2 notes right then i failed, i said its waaaaaaay easier to play real guitar lol

I play an Ibanez 12-string acoustic, an Epiphone ES-335, a Fender Strat, and my new toy, a Gibson Explorer.

I play a pos no name electric. I mostly like playing metal, but I do a little acoustic once in a while with my dad's guitar.

As far as best guitarist, there's no real answer to that question. One of my favorites would be Dimebag obviously. Zakk Wylde. I think Corey Beaulieu and Matt Heafy from Trivium are pretty insane. My number one favorite right now would be a pair, Mark Morton and Willie Adler from Lamb of God are incredible guitarists, especially when working together. There are obviously a lot more really good guitarists out there, these are just what popped into my head first.

You take a right handed guitar and turn it around to play it lefty without restringing it and tell me how easy it is.

I play teh guitar.

And so help me god, if anyone asks if I play Acoustic or Electric I'm going to E-beat them down with an E-baseball bat

I always get that question in person. It's like asking someone if the guy wearing the ski mask was black or white.

I've been playing too long myself, have an array of guitars, and play through a Mesa/Boogie amp (tube amps are really the only way to go). By the way, anyone who plays from L.I.? We're looking for a rhythm player who can do backup vocals.
