Any installed a new JPC Driveshaft??

Has anyone installed or had a new driveshaft installed in order to free up some weight. I have heard that you can save up to 20 or 30lbs with a new lighter driveshaft. Is this install costly or is it relatively easy to do? Any feedback would be appreciated.
