If you keep the tire in, check it every now and then. You don't know the meaning of pissed off until you change a tire in winter on the side of a hwy with the stock jack only to lower it and watch it go flat again.

Pull it at the track. Leave it in for the street because, well, street racing is retarded.

When I was in college, I never kept it in my car. Then one night, about twenty miles out of Lansing I had a blowout. Haven't run without a spare since.

I dont run with mine in. I only work 7 miles down the road and have a cell phone. I'll just call someone and have them pick me up and come home and get it if anything happens.

I have a pretty boring life, wake up go to work, then get off work and come home. If I make a road trip then I put it in but if I have a place to go after work I take the expedition.

I would only take it out at the track, but I'm kind of biased. Here's why:

There's no better feeling than changing a flat tire on the side of the freeway w/ the factory jack! It would have irritated me to have waited for a tow-truck if I was without my spare...

I never carry my spare tire with me. Besides, it don't fit since the spare I got is the small one. The calipers and the rotor won't allow it to fit.
