Any power from K&N filters?

One reason I like them is that they are easier to clean. I do like K&N filters very much though, I've had no issues with them at all.

Like I said, they just don't filter out the dirt and junk that your engine is sucking up. Dirt and stuff. That stuff flows into your intake, through the manifold into the cylinders and pushed against the cylinder walls and over time wears out the cylinder walls. I guess I am picky and paranoid about little details like that.

Yes you are picky  jk. I guess it's just preference but both work just fine.

Hate me all you want but the reason why the K&N's flow better is because they don't filter as well as the paper. So you're getting better unrestricted flow while letting junk into your motor and getting your idle control and MAF dirty with oil.

I had a K&N air filter on my car for 2 years, fuel trims changed over time until a mechanic cleaned the MAF wire with electronics cleaner to get the oil off. Fuel trims changed 4-5%
