any risk in installing 4.10's to rear end or trany?

I dont know cars real well , but I want to know if I need to beef up my axel or if there are any other trade offs in installing 4.10's to a stock gt other than flowmasters and a K&N filter. Is there more wear and tear on the motor or tranny?

It should be fine if you or anyone that does the install does it correctly. Im buying a set of 4.10s this Friday and installing them next week. Ill post up the results.


Ill need a damn reflash though. So I wont be using the car much until I get it.

definitly go for the 4.10s, they are great. as long as they are installed properly, you shouldn't have any problems.
