Any Suggestions How To Launch My Car,if I Build It Up At All

IF I build it up at all say 2000 rpm are more it just eats the tires up,2013 gt with cai,tune,373s axle back roush,if i just put it to the floor no build up,spins a little 2nd spins a little 3 rd gear chirp,best run i could get was a 13 flat with trac control off,with advance trac on 13.1 1/4 mile, yes stock tires 19" pirellis. havent tried letting air out of tires yet ???

It's really difficult to get the pirellis to hook. MT ET strret radials will do the trick. I set mine at about 15psi and launch at 3500-3800 rpm. Stock car with 3.73 runs 12.59-12.79 and 1.79 60ft.
