Any tips / tricks installing clutch spring with pedals in car

yeah any who have taken the pedals apart know that big burley spring that once is off will never go back on.... yeah that one.... how do you get it back on with pedals in the car?? any good ideas?

Disconnect the equalizer rod to get access to the spring, take out all the adjustments on the release rod, then use your best anti-girly man pliers. Make sure you're wearing eye protection to keep unidentified flying objects out of your eyes!

Disconnect clutch linkage from pedal, remove the clutch pedal stop, and bring the pedal up as high as you can. Insert the two plastic bushings and then the spring, and then push the pedal down to the floor and hold it there. Install pedal stop, and you're done.
