i'm needing a new top soon. i think canvas looks better than the stock vinyl, but i really don't know much about it beyond that fact the canvas is more expensive.

anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

I got a new top, I went with the vinyl, cuz mine is not DD so my top never goes up anyway, other then when it is in the garage.

canvas is the better material, but if you garage your car I would go with vinyl.

i have a canvas top, and my buddy has a vinyl top- the canvas looks ten times better- it wont crack or fade and it isnt shiny. never liked the look of a vinyl top- it looks too plastic

that's pretty much how i'm looking at it. i don't like the shine of the vinyl. canvas just seems to look a lot classier. my car is garaged and not a daily driver, but i figure if i get this done i want it to look good more than anything else.
