Anybody ever search Craigslist.com?

I love Craigslist, there are so many good deals. But, is there any way to search more broadly than just a city? Like many people on there are willing to ship stuff, but I can't find a way to search say like the entire US without having to individually search every little city. Is there something I'm missing?

Not that I'm aware of. I'm sure there is a way, but I haven't found it out yet.
