I was told that I have to use a relay. So then I bought a Relay from MSD with the part # MSD-8960.

Well then I got the Relay in and the pin numbers on the Relay are: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

Ok The Zex Tech guy told me that I should wire the relay like this:

Pin#1- to the window switch
Pin#0- to the ground
Pin#4- to the throttle position sensor
Pin#2- to the Nitrous Management Unit
Pin#'s 3,6,7,8 are not used.

The wire that was supposed to go from the Nitrous Management Unit to the TPS will go from the NMU to pin#2 instead.

Well I tried to do all of this and when I went to turn on the car the nitrous box was getting no power at all. So now I am wondering what was wrong.

i would imagine the box doesnt get power because the window switch grounds it only in the set rpms?

OK mabey this will help

Well I know I need a relay. I have it. MSD part#8960 http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/8961_8960_msd_relays.pdf

Like I said the Relay has 8 pins that are numbered 1-8.

The window switch has 4 wires. MSD part#8956
Red wire- Connect 12 volt
Black- Connect to a Ground
Yellow wire- This is the circuit ground wire(normally open switch to ground). It connects to the ground side of the device you plan to activate.
white wire - Connects to the coil.

The Zex has a nitrous mangement box that has 3 wires.
Red Wire- Activation switch switch
Black Wire- Ground
White Wire- Throttle Position Sensor

The Nitrous Activation switch has 2 wires.
One to a 12V power source
The 2nd is red wire that comes from the Nitrous management box

Yeah thats why I am having problems. It would be "OH SO EASY" without the window switch but I want the extra safty percaution.

Miss n2o? Your car probably feels like a 250 shot (at least) everytime you floor it.

I'd actually take a look at it, but the pdf from MSD for the relay schematic won't show up for me.

Ok, first of all, the info you said in your second post conflicts with the last drawing where the white of the Window Switch goes to the coil instead of the yellow. I'm assuming the drawing from MSD is correct.

1st: Tech's directions make sense. Which leads me to this questiono you have the correct wire tapped on the TPS? I know the ZEX directions are wrong in that you must use the MIDDLE wire (when looking at the TPS harness) instead of the one they specify. If you can hear the system click when you floor it (engine off of course) then it is properly hooked up.
Also, since there is a conflict in info between you and the drawing, do you have the yellow or white wire of the window switch hooked up to the relay? From the drawing, I'd say the correct configuration would be: White to coil, Yellow to relay.

2nd: If this is all sorted through, then I would try this: Run the TPS wire from the zex box directly to the TPS as you would normally. Connect the Activation Switch to terminal 4 of the relay, and connect the red wire from the zex box to terminal 2. 3,7,8,6 are not used. According to the MSD drawing, connect the YELLOW wire from the window switch to the 1 terminal, and the 0 terminal to ground.
