I can't seem to find a canadian supplier for this book and really don't want to pay $15-$20 in shipping + charges for book that can be bought for $5-$7.
I came across a post were someone was willing to pdf it and email it to whoever wanted it. Can't seem to find the post, but was wondering if anybody is interested in doing this more me
