anybody know if i can get my injectors professionally cleaned

does anybody know if i can and how much it would cost to have the injectors of my 95 v6 cleaned by the pros. i have them out of the car now.

get some carb and intake cleaner and clean off the nozzle..thats about all anyone else would do

ok so i guess i will be buying new injectors since i spent a good while 3 days ago with cleaner on every injector and also used the parts cleaner that machine shops have and mechanics have and it runs like a POS injectors are 42 bucks each with a 13 dollar core charge. doesn't that mean my old injectors can be rebuilt and sold again.

a core charge means they are goin to take your injectors and refurbish them.

See http://www.cleaninjectors.com/process.html for professional cleaning, about $11 each in a set of 6 or $66 + shipping etc.

that is good, i can now do that and save the 42 bucks each thing to get new ones. thanks dudes

There was a recent artical in MMFF about this excact subject. If you get the mag you may want to go back and read it. Sorry I can't give you the date of the issue. I am not at home.
