Anybody know where to get Aftercooler and welds cheap

Im looking for a aftercooler for 98 cobra brand new from a dealer for under $1400 anyone know where to get them? Also looking for some weld xp's to put some slicks on for the spring....will the 15x8's work on my 98 cobra??? I just want them on the rear not the front....also anyone know where to get vortech pulleys for less than $60? Thanks fellas...
