Much lighter than stock and seems to have the cranking power as well. was shopping for a new battery and was going for the "RED TOP" but stumbled across these. Just wondering if anybody had any experiance with them.

I had one for a while, but the post were a bit bigger than normal so I always had to fight to get my terminals on and off and then I did a project once and it wore down durning the project (disconnected) and would never charge back up enough to start the car so I said screw it and got a red top. Maybe I got a bad one? I don't know, but for the price I'd just go Optima.

Well I think I'm going with a Optima 25-910 Red Top Battery. I found a site that sells them for about $120 shipped. The 35 series seems to have a tick more punch but is a little larger as well.

I think NH has a little higher shipping rate due to the distance from them.
