Anybody sell a '96 AODE Rebuild Kit?

The AODE slips in my '96 GT 4.6 and I'm assuming the clutches are wore out. Ultimately, I want to switch to a 5 speed but for right now I'm going to try to fix my AODE. Does anybody know where I could buy a rebuild kit for this transmission? Also, I have a general idea of what to do but any kind of instructional information would be a big help.

Also, if anyone in or around KY has a fully functional transmission for a 4.6 that you wouldn't mind parting with please let me know.
