anybody take a part there MAF?

i'm really bored and i want to polish my stock maf. yes i know, but i said i'm bored lol

i want to take it apart so i dont contaminate anything.

do i just remove the 2 security torx and remove the sensor and thats it?

I dont want to damage anything so thats why i'm asking.

yeah,Ive done it a few times,just be VERY CAREFUL!!!! The part that measures air(dont no the name of it) is super fragile.

While I had mine off, I cut the center post out and ported and polished the inside. Got good sop from it. If your bored, give it a try but be aware, it is going to take about 8 hours.

thanks for the replys.

cmozez - if i can find a used stock one, i'll give it a try but i dont want to do it to my stock one. i heared some positives and negatives about doing that.
