Solid Roller Cam. Any race cam is going to be solid roller because the hydraulic's start to pump up at about 6000 RPM and become less dependable as the rev's increase.

okay, I thought that, but then they do adjust lash every xxxx miles right? Or is newer technology around so that you don't have to do that? I see Anderson has a 7000rpm cam and kit for 5.0, but I didn't know it wasn't hydraulic.. tx for answering that question !
