Anyone dabbled in suspension successfully yet?

I'll throw this out first since I haven't seen anyone else really taking a stab at this yet....To be frank, the GT500, although tons of fun, launches off the line and rows through the gears like a 24 foot Sea Ray getting up on plane. Not a criticism per se, just an observation. So much sprung weight in the front that sticking the meats on a launch, or even hard roll-ons with my current mods, squats the rear down and makes the nose climb in an exaggerated fashion each time another gear rows by. It actually reminds me of (truly and forever sorry for this guys and gals) a Camaro SS or Trans AM WS-6, due to the forward weight disposition, soft suspension, lack of traction, and the T56 (Not the handling, just the response to hard throttle inputs through, say, a 1/4 mile run).

Has anyone successfully researched and implemented a "shocks and springs" package for the Gt500 coupe for the street (not a dragstrip setup) suitable for daily driving that turns the 4000 lb seesaw into a more composed ripper, without totally sacrificing its nice, cushy ride? Just to defeat that 1998 Trans Am vibe it throws off under the hammer....

My current mods are:

JTL CAI
Metco 2.6"
SCT XCalibrator 2/Stage 2 tune
FRP 3:73 (these really woke things up)
Evolution LCA
Steeda U3L
MAC SS Axle-Back

No more wheel hop, good throttle response, pulls like freight, tracks straight, and very civilized, should've rolled out of the factory like this (Can you say 2008 Shelby GT500KR). Now to kill that boat-like sensation from beneath....QA1?

I've seen a couple of articles where a set of adjustable-compression rear shocks were bolted out back and stiffened up to reduce the rear squat. A partial fix?

Anyone have real world hands-on experience solving this yet on a daily driver or strictly-street ride? Any shared experiences greatly appreciated in advance!
