www.monstertransmission.com

long story short, i had a local tech school rebuild me an AODE... they "lost" my tq converter and they wont replace it. guess thats the last time i use them! anyways, they have a 1700-1900 stall tq converter for sale for like 160ish shipped on ebay. just wondering if anyone has dealt with them, id like to get away cheap since its only a small fix til i have a built aode made(year or so)

anyone?

I never dealt with them but how is 1700 to 1900 a stall? My stock 2003 V6 4r70W stalls about 1800 to 2000.

Look into Edge they have a Mild Street Edge for $375 that may work for you

You can move the stall converter from one transmission to the next as long as you don't glitter the old transmission.

If you lived closer I have a stock stall I would let go cheap. But shipping on these things is a nightmare.

i didnt put any sparkles on the old transmission

im a little nervous to use this current stall converter thats in my car now. reason being, i also had leaking problems in the tranny, never really knew when it was low on fluid so i believe once or twice it ran completely empty for a day or two before me refilling it up. not sure if its going to leave me with a mess
