Better get moving so you can get your car on the road by summer as promised

I take mine out every day I go to work. Unfortunately, for the time being, the Chubby and the Pervertible have backwards roles; the 'vert is supposed to be my weekend toy, but because the Chubby is still an unreliable turd at the moment and not trustworthy enough to drive 70 miles a day Mon-Fri, it's limited to weekend around-town duty.

What really sucks is that I'm terrified that some stupid old person or Mexican is going to pull out in front of my 'vert or run a red light or something and destroy it before I even have the Chubby DD-worthy. Not only would I then lose my only halfway decent car in such an event, but I'd pretty much be on foot ... unless by some miracle of a chance my state tax return hurries up and gets here soon...

I had mine out today, it was cold & raining most of the day, until the drive home.

I believe mine has seen it's last winter.

As soon as i sell my GT and get my daily driver situation squared away. By that point i'll be missing driving a Mustang so i'll have to get it out and running

Yup, I took mine to work today. I just finished up the new clutch installation two weeks ago and have put 60 miles on it (40 last weekend and 20 today). We haven't had snow in my area for the past few weeks and there's none on the ground, therefore, the two rainstorms that we've had during the past two weeks have washed the salt away. Plus, I stick to the main roads anyway. It felt good!

Trust me, you won't be missing the Stang once you get in the G.

I don't blame you. Screw that. I am so glad I no longer wish, day in and day out, that I were in the Mustang instead of (whatever my daily driver is/was at the time). Obviously nothing can replace the Stang but at least I can enjoy my time without it now too.

Hell would freeze over before I sell that car.

I bought it when i was 16, and i've owned it 11 years. I fully intend on driving it around when i'm 60 years old with antique plates on it....doing a burnout!
