Anyone ever dye there seatbelts??? Is it possible??

Ok, I just got a whole black interior from a junkyard for 200 bucks!! The whole thing except the seat belts. The interior is in unbelievable shapr to. Anyways, some idiot cut the seatbelts so im stuck trying to find some and i dont feel like paying 100 bucks for seat belts. My Seatbelts now are grey and im thinking about trying to dye them black, is that possible???

A friend of mine dyed his red seatbelts black. It came out ok, but at certain angles you could still see the red.

Yep, seats were included. Rear seat is 100% gem mint perfect!! Few minor scratches on the 1/4 panels, but im gonna try to dye the seatbelts. Worst comes to worst i have to buy New ones i guess, dont really want to though!!

Test it on the passenger side first; that way if it doesn't work and the dye runs on your passenger, at least you're not getting your clothes messy.
