Its like an optima but smaller.I can bolt it in my spare tire well to avoid the big battery box in the back.I was just wondering if anyone had one on their street car,and if they were any good.

a guy on a local message board has one, i don't thnk its his daily driver, he said as long as he starts it once a week it fires the car right off

Cool,Ive got a 200 amp alt i just want to be sure its worth it,Im trying to avoid the battery box.Im going to mount this little battery in the spare tire well.

I had one at one point, but it died on me during an intake manifold swap and would never charge back up. You may need a special charger for them as well so make sure you don't have to buy anything extra to go with it. I used a regular charger on mine, but that may have been why it died on me so quickly.

There's a few guys locally running them in their "street cars" but i don't know how well they'd do on a year-round daily driver. The big deal is less weight and space which is always at a premium in a racecar.
