Anyone ever whooped a senior citizen?

Here they are not supposed to even touch you until you have left the store and only if they have PROOF you stole something. IF they do touch you inside the store they are libal for assault since you had not even actually left the store. Even then the matter of if the force was needed comes into play.

I like to be as mellow as possible and enjoy my time off work. But if someone was doing that...YOU BETTER HAVE PROOF and backup.

there's no telling what i would have done....i'm a patient guy, but diss me in front of everyone (including my girl)for nothing and i would of let him have the fan right in his chest or something....heeheehee

Way to keep your cool, man. I know I probably wouldn't have.

People can say/talk shiit to me all day, in fact I like it, I'm a smooth talker and plus I have no feelings, I can laugh off anything. But as soon as someone touches me, I lose it. Also, I throw fridges/appliances into houses part-time, so he woulda got tossed and I would have a lawsuit on my hands.

Although, if my girlfriend was there, I probably wouldn't do anything, no reason to lose your cool in front of them.

You did the right thing man. I know "respect your elders" is played out over and over, but I would have done the same if it was some 70 year old guy pushing and holding my arms. His life is almost over and yours is just beginning. If he wants to sin for the rest of his short days, then let it be his problem, no point in stooping to his level.
