I cant remember exactly - other than the MAP/BAP vac path (lack of a manifold vac hose on the BAP sensor).

I think there were some slight refinements in Tee locations and whatnot (but it could have been that the cars I was under the hood of, had slightly reworked vac lines/pathways). Others will know more precisely.
