Anyone have an old ecu?

Does anyone have a ecu that is broken with good capacitors? Mine needs fixed.

go on ebay..look up seller 'pontisteve'.. he sells a rebuild kit that has all 3 caps for the eec..

Those caps can be had cheaply from Mouser.com. Just need to know the specs

Thank you . I ordered it from amazon. Getting here today. But if not I need a ecu as a backup

Your picture doesn't show any electrolytic capacitors. You already removed them?

No I just replaced them . Do you or anyone have a ohm reading of how much it should be?

Ohm reading for what? Capacitors are measured in micro-Farads (uF).
They should be mounted close to the circuit board. You've got them way up in the air. Don't want them moving around or breaking off a lead.

Thanks man. Yeah I know but I wanted to leave it a little bit longer so it doesn’t get in the way of any ecu programmer when I chip it in the future

^this^ but I'm not sure it would make it 'better' to re-solder them.

Impossible to mount them close unless you wick the solder from the thru-holes.
