Right now I'm looking at buying the Granatelli or MMR drag coilovers along with Lakewood 90/10 struts. Does anyone have pics of their coilover setups(I'm looking for pics set at their lowest)?

So to run coilovers I would need 4 bolt caster camber plates and what else?

Thanks

This is the lowest I ever wanted my car....but the front had a lot more travel left on the threads...and the rear had even more....Maximum Motorsports will allow for upto 5 1/2" of drop if you ever so desired (although I don't think it's even possible)...and you could even lift the car a bit if you really wanted

That setup is simply the 'full coilover set' from Maximum Motorsports w/ billstein race rated shocks/struts...and the 4 bolt Caster Camber plates to help line everything up...don't remember how much it was but I do remember it being rather pricey

Dont EVER buy Granatelli suspension parts..They are MM copycat, put are pure JUNK!!!!

They might look the same but are far lesser quality....

This is my car with MM coilovers/Bilsteins in front & adjustable LCA's in the rear, with rear coilovers supposed to be installed soon...This is nowhere near the lowest setting, but its too low already & I couldnt imagine how horrible the ride would be if I went any lower...

The only thing that determines it being a drag set up or not is the spring rate.

heres a stupid question but i'll ask anyway, is it possible to go back to almost stock ride height with coil overs? you know, for those times when you know your going somewhere with alot of speed bumps that can jack up your exhaust. (i have longtubes, this is why i'm asking)

"Whatever the ride height desired, whether it's stock or lowered, the MM coil-over kit can provide it." - Straight from MM's site.

What is the spring rate for drag setups? and where's a good place to order MM coilovers?

Also how hard is it to adjust them and is there anything else I need other than 4 bolt CC plates and struts?

BTW the cars above look awesome

I think the softest spring MM offers for the front is 225lbs. the only other thing that is mandatory for coilovers that I can think of are struts & shocks, & a good alignment. MM only makes coilovers for bilstein, Koni, & tokico.

alot of places carry MM products. I order all my Mm stuff from a place called atlantic coast mustang (acmustang.com). They give me great prices & save me on shipping & sales tax (since Mm is in California). There home page actually has a pic of my old 97 Cobra LOL!!!

heres a link....I just usually call the number & talk to a guy named sean...
