Anyone have any pics of the Steeda 1/4 Window Covers installed? I have heard mix reviews of them on here but I have yet to see a set of them installed. I would rather give these a shot before using putty on mine or shelling out the cash for some new ones. Thanks alot.
We put a set on my '91 back in '99 or '00. They looked fine for the price. I don't have any new pictures; the black is fading somewhat, but they still look better than the original rubber did.
Thanks alot. That's what I was looking for. I also noticed that Steeda attaches this note that they should be painted. Maybe that will help prevent the fading you mentioned.
Note: Window Moldings may contain minor surface scratches from handling and packaging. Window Moldings can be installed "as is", but are not warranted to be suitable for such installation. The moldings are designed to be painted with lacquer paint to achieve the best appearance.
Anyways, I think it will be the cheapest and most user friendly route to fix my 1/4 windows. Thanks again.
