I bought a product from mustang warehouse about a month ago, and returned the part about 2 1/2 weeks ago. They said the part was sort of beat up, but it is because they sent me the wrong shifter. They sent me the correct one about a week after I installed it, but I had to pay for the new one and they said they would refund my money. Well they are refunding my money, but it is a week and a half later and I still haven't recieved credit for it yet. I have called them several times and asked them about the part and if they got it. They recieved it last monday and it is tuesday, and the only reason I am being refunded this soon is because I have called several times. IMO i think it should have been credited about a week ago. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

I'm guessing my your post count you haven't been on here long, and its obvious by your question. I'd NEVER do business with that place. Look at his feedback on ebay and then look at his responses to those that had bad things to say about him... he's an A-hole. If you do a search you'll find more info.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I found that out after doing business with him with my steeda tri-ax. I just want my money back for the shifter that I sent back to them. Either they forgot or they were too lazy to get my money back to me. He said that today he was going get my money back on my debit card, but only time will tell. I will call to find out and post back tomorrow. THANKS!

That's odd. I've bought 2 or 3 things from them and they've all been prompt and on time. Never had a problem. Weird.

I think I bought my MAC pulleys from Mustang Warehouse on ebay. I got what I ordered and did not have to go through the trouble of getting my money back or doing a return. So, no problems here. I did get the wrong balancer from The Mustand Depot on ebay. I damaged the balancer trying to put it on knowing it was not the part I ordered. So I told that to the guy, just being honest. He was very understanding and cut me a good deal on my Professional Products SFI balancer. Thus, I recommend doing business with TMD on ebay.

Got my LT's and prochamber from them and had zero problems. In fact both items came early (3 days after I ordered it). However that was 2001 and have read many posts lately about poor service.
