I know partshopper says sportsman for offroad pipes, pro street for catted pipes...but there is an urge inside of me wanting to buy Pro streets for my offroad X.
Got the Pro Streets and love them. Gonna swap my custom X pipe (welded in after the stock cats where the factory H used to be) for the O/R H sitting in my closet pretty soon.
But at around 3500 rpms with the catted X so far, it freaking howls, my favorite RPM spot so far in terms of intimidating sound, cant; wait to hear without the 4 cats.
Check my sig I have what you want. Albeit it is on a larger engine but it sounds AMAZING!!!!! They give you a popping high compression sounds almost like a slight lope in the cam. And a little tinny for a racey sound. The X pipe idles great and really screams when you get on it. The prostreets are some of the loudest mufflers you can have if youve seen them in real life they are small but flow excellent and sound the best. You will love them.
i thought the prostreets and my o/r h-pipe were too loud so i downgraded to the sportsmans. it now sounds much better. my car now sounds like a powerful performer versus just some mustang with stupid loud exhaust.
