Anyone have Steeda tensioner pulley?

I was wondering how it mounts as the stock one uses a special washer/plate that centers it on. Steeda pulley only comes with a regular washer and even using the forementioned washer/plate, it won't center the Steeda pulley either.

Mine came with no instructions. Also there is a snap ring retaining the bearing into the pulley. Any difference what side its on? Seems the pulley is in alignment by either side out.
