Got anymore pics of the hood from farther away on any car? It looks badass I just want to see a pic with the entire car in it with a non vert car, although the vert posted looks sweet as hell too.

And that white stang with that hood is amazingly clean it looks like.

But not that white 'vert. That would be my car.

I just took some new pics at the show this weekend. I'll try to post them up tonight.

I wish my vert looked that nice. mine was a rescue. the guy that had it before let it run to *****. it will eventually need a new hood and I really love the looks of the heat extractor.

Just a question. Is that hood at all functional? Still looks sweet if it isn't.

The vents are completely functional. In fact, they're the factory Ford parts from the 03/04 Cobra.

Here they are closed:

Okay, as promised, here are a couple of exterior shots.

You can't really see the vents from this angle:

Profile shot:

And just because I haven't whored up my 03 interior as of yet:

Hey Wythors... Did you use the entire seat setup from the 03, or did you have to make some modifications from the original seats. (seat tracks) I have read that the newer seats sit higher, but from what I can tell, those seats look like they were made to be in there.

I just can't get over how nice that looks...

Thanks for posting those pic's

The front seats are a direct bolt in with no modifications needed to the tracks at all. You do need to do a little custom wiring to make the electrical connections. One of our fine members has a very good pictures of the needed wiring. A quick search will find it with no problem since it's been posted here and the Corral often. The seats do sit noticeably higher, but it's nothing to be concerned about, especially in a convertible and the improvment in comfort is well worth the slight increase in height. I would guess that it's less than two inches. The rear was custom done to match the fronts.

My work here is done then.

Thanks for the props guys. It's taken me almost 10 years to finally get it to this point. I appreciate the appreciation.

Well, you have done a spectacular job... People have different tastes in what they like and dislike, and I just think you have really done a great job in the modifications you made. Thanks for all of the good advice too...

did you recover your backseat with the 03 skins or did you trim the foam to fit your car? I have the seats from a 98 in my vert and I ended up recovering my old cushions in the rear with the new covers. my camera ate the big one or I'd post pics.

wythors -

did you gain any additional clearance over the TPS? mine hits the stock hood now with my spyder intake. I would need about 1/2" or so additional.

TIA
