Mike, Im Still debating on 2 or 4 degree advance. I want to get it right the first time. LOL Ill let you know what the desk top dyno numbers say. I am going with a 1.72 rocker arm Cool? Gives me .536 intake and .548 exh. Cool?

For those who dont know here is the combo I am building.

306 forged rods and forged flat top probe pistons that are fly cut nodular crank
tfs stage 1 cam Working on how much to advance it
AFR 165 58 cc heads
Going to 0 deck the block balance it and etc
cobra intake 65 mm accufab tb
24# injs
pro m maf meter 24# calbration
a Nitrous system will come later.

What was the end result with advancing the stage 1 cam? It's 2013 now lol! I just discovered this thread. Built the same combo but I find the tfs 1 to be a dog down low. Have you changed to a different cam now and how do you like it apposed to the tfs 1? Cheers!
