Can anyone suggest headlight assemblys to install or ones to stay away from? Looking for a good buy for modest money.

If you want good stock oem or repro Headlamps, go to http://www.50resto.com/

They also carry Smoked, Cobra, and Ultra Clear (euro clear) Headlamps too.

I would check eBay though if you want Euro Clear or projector Headlamps as they're the same quality lamps sold at 50resto.com, but a lot, lot cheaper.
