My redheaded mistress (Red GT) doesn't have the door sticker telling me what options came with the car. While the door sticker isn't really necessary, I'd like to get a replacement if possible. Anyone have any ideas where I might be able to order a replacement?
I've always wondered that myself. I'm planning on a repaint eventually (next year, maybe) and I'd like to keep the sticker there. My stock one will probably get destroyed while peeling it off.
Well, the sticker itself shouldn't be destroyed by peeling it off. but the white in the sticker is actually adhesive behind the sticker. The adhesive peels off in a specific pattern, making it really difficult to move the sticker to a different car. You can tape over the sticker when you repaint, unless you're changing paint colors.
