For $1500, I think that will be a "Negative Ghostrider" for me.

seen a few over the years, usually go for around the 1,000 to 1,500 mark. First one I saw was about 5 years ago and it went for 900

You'd need the 94-95 Roush hood to use it.

It looks very cool but also very similar to the BBK SSI intake. Man, I thought I knew my Stang trivia too but have never seen one of thoes before

Hey, where does the MAF go? The filter attaches to the T-body and the t-body bolts to the plenum.

EDIT: NM,I see the MAF bolts to the air filter

Id rather buy a SSI and take the other $1000 for heads or something

I remember when those first came out. They weren't very popular and didn't actually flow all that well. The only thing they really had going for them was good looks.

If I remember correctly, there were issues with using the stock distributor with them as well?

They're a nice conversation piece, but I wouldn't pass up a good Explorer/Cobra/GT40 intake for one.

Yeah those intakes are pretty rare, I would think the BXR intake or whatever it was would be more rare than that one though.

While the BXR one may be more rare, at least I'd seen that one in ads back in the day.

While this was quite pretty it sure was huge and the thing has to come off for any injector work ot valve cover removal. I can see how BBK got their design though.

That BXR intake, you couldn't pay me to put that on my car and have to deal w/maintenance and crap. Looks nice though, especially if it were polished up and/or chromed

Wow, that Roush intake is ugly as sin. Just goes to show that some people will spend way too much money on nothing but a name.
