Performance Plus is Having a good deal on rims right now, if anyone is looking for a set I would consider taking a peek...they are all the cobra styles plus bullit rims....@ a pretty good price if you ask me..

Great prices! I just ordered chrome 03 Cobra's. I'm glad they're not on that web site. They would probably have beat the price I paid. $865 for 2 - 17x9 and 2 - 17x10.5. thanks for the tip though. I'm going to start looking there from now on first.

i have the old 4 bolt delema.......does anyone know where i can get some rims for my ride.....i have searched junkyards and new rims are out of my bugie....if any one knows something i dont then hit me up ....thanks

Where are you located?Maybe someone can keep an eye out for something.If you are in Saskatchewan Just Dave had a couple sets of factory style rims for sale cheap at the Majestic's swap meet this fall, maybe shoot him a PM or email.If you are in Alberta the Performance Shop site classifieds is usually a good place to check http://www.performance-shop.com/

It sounds crazy, but there are actually alot of import rims that fit the bolt pattern of the mustang (4x108) since the civic's/integra's is 4x100. Only problem is the backspacing on em, as import rims are always gonna require a spacer. I've been looking at that option for my car as opposed to a 5 bolt swap. Only bad thing is most import rims are only bout 7" wide at max, but that's prolly about as wide as you wanna go on an 79-93 without some crazy fender flares.

if anyone can find me some decently priced 275-35-18s that would be great, joe i was thinking of going with the kumho's if you could pm me where you got them..

PS:cobrastang85 you can do a lug conversion for really cheap if you want too.. 250 bucks would do it.. or you can do what i did and not look around, and get the kit with break upgrade from ford for 1200

17x9s with 255-40-17s fit no problem in a fox... front needed a tiny spacer to stop it from rubbing but no big deal... that was on an 83 with "C" springs..

jordy also has 17x9s on his 87 GT, so you wont have a problem

Here's a link which shows how to do the conversion. http://www.svo73mm.cjb.net/ All you need are a couple of left side axles from a Ranger or a couple of right side ones from an Aerostar, the five lug brake drums the same diameter of what is on your car now and some 5 lug Ranger rotors.The link will say what years and models to look for.You could probably get all the parts out at Buck's for less than $100.

If anyone can find me some decently priced 275-35-18s that would be great, joe i was thinking of going with the kumho's if you could pm me where you got them..

I can order anything from michelin, bfg or goodyear through work with the best deals i have seen so far. + You get to buy the FRC waranty which is probably the most kick ass waranty ever for tires especially if you have a 1500 dollar set of tires. Which is good anywhere in the country. I recomend the g-force t/a's

hey kev, check some prices for me and let me know, summer only preformance tires.. looking for cheap ish (1000 for all 4 would be nice, 1500 isnt too bad)

i'll pm you about the old rims in a bit here, since i need to find some 16 inch steelies for the front anyways (damn 15s wont fit)

I'm looking to sell a set of 17x7.5 CSA ultra's from my stang (split spoke 5 stars-also some of the only 5 stars that don't look goofy from being 4 lug)I'\m switching to 5 lug and cobra brakes. I'll take some pictures after christmas. I'll want a firm $400 for them and the rims are in Kamloops but I could arrange delivery.

These are what they look like but in 4 lug. There is a small curb blemish about 1" long and 1/4" wide.
