I ordered a set of street boxer rear control arms from X2C Motorsports back in November and haven't received them. When I call all they tell me is they're on back order. Square tubing on back order for three months seem a little odd. I heard they were a good company, I'm beginning to think otherwise. Anyone else have dealings with them?

not merchandise wise, but they have NEVER repsonded to emails (probably 10) regarding their products. So i told them i will be going elsewhere to do business. the only time they respond is when i say, "you never answer my emails, y is that?" so i am basically done with them. They can take there overpriced $hit and shove it.

As for your problem, i would tell them u want money back or a credit, if not, then cancel the payment on the credit card. then go get some MM/HPM/griggs control arms.

Good luck

my control arms are on back order from them. I bought them online and waited a week and no response from them. I called and they said that it says online that its on back order but when I checked it said nothing of the sort anywhere. They should have atleast called to inform me about the back order issue. Last week they said they recieved the control arms but were having trouble with the finish on them so they sent them back and it will be another week and a half.

well see what they say late next week. im in no real hurry, but if theres another excuse im cancelling.

Thanks for the replies. It seems I not the only one. One reason I went with these are of course price, but they are going on my daughters V6 car. The factory ones are worn out after 150K (have you priced fatory replacement stuff, ouch) and she wanted it to handle a little better. Its quite obvious that they dont make the arms themselves. Hey X2C if think yould better look into another manufacturer for your stuff. I appreciate the fact that they want the product to be right but a little customer relations would have gone a long way

As far as not being able to beat their prices, you get what you pay for. There is a reason why MM and Griggs are the companies that get all the respect on every Musatng board on the net.

Isnt Bob Cosby running a set of these ST boxers on his factory stock race car? They cant be that bad. The race R's are supposed to compete with MM. MM is overpriced for there control arms. :notnice: Now I know that MM is the best but I dont see myself shelling out that much money for control arms unless I was trying to win purse money.
