I have 245-50-16 and 225-50-16 on my car...but no DR's. The car handles fine, and rides with no problems.

Yea I have that exact combo. I have 245/50/16 nitto 555rs out back on an 8" wide rim and 225/50/16 kuhmo ecsta's on an 8" wide rim up front. Handles awesome. Never had a problem with the tires

I have the Kumho ECSTA sports on mine in the front as well.

For the Nitto's are there any clearance issues at all? I do not want to get rid of the shocks or tail pipes and also do not want to hack the inner wheel well. However, my rear quarters/fenders are rolled a bit.

No with the 245/50's you will have no clearance issues. My fenders are not rolled and I still have the quad shocks. Not close to rubbing.
