Anyone use a Chiller in their shop air?

I think that engine is called the L79... I think anyway.... VERY desirable option in today's market...
Friend had a 67 coupe with this engine in the mid 70's..... It ran well.....

Even the non-L79 327 made pretty close to the same... Like 20 HP difference or something.

Would like to set up my garage ( shop) air lines to be able to run a paint gun for priming and maybe some paint/Clear....
Problem is living in florida, its just not the hot air the compressor produces but the actual humidity levels in the air itself. Found a couple of ideas online ..

Been looking at some of the ideas on youtube with the copper pipe in a bucket of ice but by the time I buy everything for a hundred bucks more I could buy the chiller that Harbor freight sells for $600......
What about wrapping an air hose through a cheap picnic cooler filled with ICE, instead of the expensive copper pipe in the bucket trick?
Anyone used a chiller or had any experience reducing humidity in their air supply in a high humidity area???

Look into useing a heat pump hot water heater . Heat water & remove humidity . Doubt its really big enough to be effective but it's a thought.

I attached a youtube to what I think is a well thought out design NOT using a chiller... This guy is pretty creative, " in my opinion" with some of his ideas, the air box directing the flow of air to all of the heat exchanger and the flat piece he installed in the water collector pipe were two of them.
Thought this might work for others....
