Anyone use a EFI harness from Ebay?

I bought this EFI harness from Ebay and I can get teh car to run properly. For some reason it backfeeds 12v to my starter solenoid and keeps my stater engaged. If i disconnect it, the car still runs until i disconnect the battery. I have replaced the relays and check the gorunds. I dont want to scrap the harness and buy a new one but i am at my wits end. Anyone else but one of these and got it to work?

it looks pretty legit. ive seen stock one for a bit cheaper tho. and its stock

I'll ping jrichker for ya. I'd be willing to bet that he's got a wiring diagram lying around so that you can check the pins to ensure that it's correct.

If that checks out then you have something else screwy going on. My guess would be that you're missing one or more grounds and have stray power taking paths that it shouldn't.
