Anyone use two donuts on the front for skinnies?

Doesnt seem like a bad idea except the tire says do not do over 55mph.But cant you go get the pepboy special for the 165 size tire!? I know its alot lighte than my 17x9's. well wudda ya think?

Seems kind of redneck, but whatever floats your boat. Don't do it unless you get the pepboy special, though! Going over 55 on donuts IS NOT a good idea.

using donuts are the cheap man's skinnies... yes I've seen many people do it at the tracks and they have put at least 20 or so passes on em. It really depends on Tech In if you get a place that's strict you won't be able to use the spare tires but if you get a lax tech in then they will let you do it. The tires are rated at 55mph for a sustaned amount of time you can take them over that speed limit. If it was up to me I wouldn't do it, I'd be afraid the tire would blow at the end of the track and you'd end up smashing into the wall

Every 10 lbs of rolling weight = .1 drop in ET (theoretically). In addition to this, it will have less rolling resistance.

Don't use a donut thought. The "Pep Boy special" would be better.
