Anyone used the rear disc brake bracket kit from UltraStang?

I ordered one of the bracket kits from the ultrastang website back in august and I need to get the installation guide for it. The ultrastang website is down so I thought I'd ask if any of you guys had the guide. I don't even remember what year linclon to get the hardware from. That could be a problem.
