Looks like it has everything to me.

Except maybe axle bearings and seals.

but the question here is how reliable are the koyo bearings personally i dont know i use timken bearings, all i could find was the info. in the link below.....but someone here might know something about the koyo bearings....

For an extra $20, i'd get this one instead: Yukon Master Install Kit I've used them before without a problem. Plus they use Timekin bearings.
