anyone with a manual 94-95 gt

its not a real problem but thinking maybe a sensor isnt out but acting up
my idle is rough if i try and advance the timing it will act as if it has a misfire when idling and when i shift though any gear the rpm,s jump up

Start with the basics and go on from there. Check plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, pull codes, clean the MAF, air filter, fuel filter. Your symptoms somewhat sound like a vacuum leak, so spraying some carb cleaner around near the intake gaskets and checking for any broken lines wouldn't be a bad idea either.

sound like a vac leak to me too

Buy a can of starter fluid and spray your vac lines. When you find the vac leak it will suck the fluid in and rev the engine up. Leak found.
