Alright so the longtube install went fine. everything fits great. BUT. the O2 extensions they gave me in the kit, FIT THE REAR O2s ON THE X PIPE. NOT THE FRONT O2 HOLES ON THE HEADERS. I looked on SLP's website, and what they gave me in the kit is all they have offered online. I'm about 3 inches ****ing short, and my check engine light is of course on. I'm afraid its going to run hot and burn my cats out, or cause other damage. So, i want to know, on your 99+ GT, did the O2 extensions they gave you in the kit FIT the front sensors? Or is it just an unfortunate mix up they gave to me. What did ya do to fix this. BTW this goes for anyone who had problems fitting the O2s into the front o2 holes. Is there some extension I can get that'll fit the front?

Thanks a ton for any enlightenment.

Ok, i THINK I've found an answer. Unfortunately, it looks pretty ugly... I found these:

Hopefully this is going to work. I posted this so anyone with similar problems down the road from now, doing a search in this forum, might be helped.

guess I'll just ask out of curiosity....

did you unclip the factory O2 harnesses from the chassis to give them a little more play? would it make any difference or is the gap that much? I don't know because I haven't gotten my longtubes yet. I am ordering the SLP's after the new year so if there are issues I would like to know before I tear into the car to install.
