Anywhere on the internet to order a 180 thermostat for a 2004 GT??

yes, but they'll charge yo $20 for a $4 part. go to the autoparts store and ask them for a 180* t-stat for a 4.6L Thunderbird. it's the same thing but for some strange reason, they don't have one for 99+ GT's in their computer.

I got mine from Randy - Liberty Ford over at Modulardepot.com under the Ford Parts dept. Randy said that the t-stat was from a Newer Lightning and works just fine. No performance advantange, but thought it was time for a change after 5 years in the car and figured it was worth using the 180 to keep it cooler in the warm weather. I believe the stocker is rated to open in the low 190s.
