I did a lot of highway driving then so I was fine. Now, with the Vortech, Im glad I did NOT get 4.10's...I spin like crazy as it is.
If you are going from stock, you will LOVE 3.73 and be satisfied with them.
AOD=shifts controlled by mechanics of the tranny.
"E" = Electronic...Computer controls the shifting...this is really nice when using a chip or TwEECer.

Edit.... that was when I was running 16 in wheels. I should probably RE-check it now that I have 17s.![]()

QCStang said:You can get a little plastic gear with different teeth. About $20, and it plugs in the tranny housing. Resto5.0 carries them.
FastmanGT said:3.27 is the ratio they used for the aod-e cars, but I have read about 3.08 gears in some. To test it, put the rear of the car in the air and spin one of your rear tires once and count how many times the driveshaft spins.
