hey i am going to purchase an aod converter and i come across a B&M holeshot 3200, i was wondering if this would be ok for my car, plus i was reading on it i think it says it is non lock-up i don't know what that means, do i need lock up or non-lock-up, and should i go with this converter, and what will it do for me as i have stock converter in a rebuilt tranny with shift kit.

you need a converter thats lockup. Also you cant go wrong with the EDGE mild street converter.

I would say you need a non lock up convertor. I have used both of these with great results. http://www.converter.com/stallion.htm and this one http://www.lentechautomatics.com/aodproducts.html

lockup for street or low stall non lock....3500 non lock would NOT be a good AOD converter for street.

i ordered a 3000 stall lock-up from Edge Racing today, custom build. i will be receving in a couple weeks, then we will see how this bad boy improves.

i spoke with andrew at edge, he seems to know his stuff BIG time, helped me out lots, and i expect it to be night and day difference but we will see and i will let you know.
