does anyone know what year my aod is by decoding the tag on the tail housing?i bought off ebay and i think i been ripped off its supposed to be a 93 stang aod...thanks by the way, it has the pulltab round type tv cable my 91 stang has the block type tv cable thanks.

Not sure on that one.Daggar or Hissin mite know though.

any pictures? how many bolts does the pan have? i think if it has 14 bolt pan its a AOD.. maybe the tv cable changed that year??

By the rust on the tag and lack of reinforcement on topside of the bell housing i wouldnt doubt it was an 86
