Hey there. I was wondering, what are the options for tranmission controllers. My car will probably remain close to stock. (Extent of mods will prolly remain at things like an Edelbrock Performer intake and other minor mods...h-pipe,shortys, gears, springs and wheels. Just simple stuff. I'm not looking for a ton of power, just to build the car the way Ford should have.) My question is, are the simple aftermarket products that B&M sells enough to firm up the trans shifts? I just want a little firmer upshift that the soggy crap that Ford gave us. (I'm used to C4's and C6's with B&M "Shift Improver" kits.) They seem to be pretty inexpensive (cheap) and pretty simple to install. (I'm not really fond of taking the tranny apart for a valve body kit, but I'll do it if it's worth it.) B&M also makes an electronic controller for it. Is it worth it? Also, a call to B&M told me (After a LONG wait on the tech line!) that I shouldn't even consider adding either of these items to any trans that has over 75k on it. I am at about 83k and the trans works fine, except for the soggy shifts. Thanks a lot in advance. Rob
